The Cobras fell short against the visiting San Diego Enforcers 10 - 0 in their home opener. The Enforcers, a team known for their offensive firepower were held to just three offensive points in the contest. The Cobras had trouble sustaining anyhting on the offensive side of the ball and were overcome with turnovers. On a rallying drive in the final minutes of the game, one of those turnovers became the deciding factor in the game when San Diego returned it for a touchdown and sealed the fate of the Cobras in their first contest of the 2010 regular season.
